This place is the best. I got my 4runner re-geared last summer. Lately I've been hearing some unusual noises (to me) coming from my rear differential. I called Miguel at premier and voiced my concern. He provided some great customer service and did his best to make sure I was satisfied. He didn't have to do what he did to resolve the problem, but he did. Pretty amazing. The team he has is very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend premier if anyone is on the fence. They stand by their work and don't hesitate to take your vehicle to them even if it's a little drive to get to them.
I had a great experience working with them. They re-geared my 2021 Toyota Tacoma to some 5.29 Revolution gears. They were able to order my gears, have them REM polished and ready for my install. Miguel was readily available and willing to answer all of my questions. Great price, great service, great performance! The gears are working great on and off-road.
This place is awesome, excellent service and fair pricing. Broke the rear end in my truck offroading and these guys were able to get me back on the road within a week. Truly amazing service. By the way, this place is actually a shop if you were hesitant because it kind of looks like a mobile service from the yelp picture.
Installed 4.88's on 2016 4runner. Amazing difference, if you're researching where to have them installed, this is the place to go! They're customer oriented, fully staffed and knowledgeable, and turnaround is crazy fast!

They work fast the people there was very nice and my truck is more awesome now. I believe I only wait just less then a hr and they already have it done. The say this is the place to go to get ur truck required.
Great experience from start to finish! Was looking to re-gear and add a rear locker to my 2017 4Runner. Contacted Premier West Gears after hearing a lot of good things about them. Spoke with Miguel; we broke down pricing and set up an appointment. Appointment time was 9am. Got there at 8:45am and was greeted by Carlos. They already had both their lifts taken up. Started working on my truck around 10-10:30 and I was driving off their lot at 12:30pm. Their crew is very experienced! Super fast and efficient! Miguel and Carlos run a great business! I highly recommend Premier West Gears!
Got my 5.29 done for my 2018 Tacoma here. Outstanding, can't be beat price. Finished the installation in 2 hours. Easy to talk to, asked questions as they came up, both before and after installation.
