David was super helpful , I towed my Jeep to shop thinking it was my gears and turns out I broke my axle. David ordered me my custom teraflex axle, teraflex outter pinion, did a bearing overhaul and found issues in my driveshaft he took it apart and sent it to repair shop. Jeep feels amazing and no more vibration. Highly recommend Premier west gears they know what their doing. Thanks

Before the actual review: I'd like to vouch for Miguel, Carlos, and the whole team at Premier for making my experience at the shop and over the phone amazing. I will tell you, this family owned shop is completely different than every other that I have seen. Family working together means they aren't in it for the money only, no selfishness; instead to provide the best service they can to their customers. I contacted Miguel with this crazy idea of putting together a group of Tacoma guys to all get new gears done in the same order. He agreed to my crazy idea, and we doubled the amount of people we agreed...60+ Tacoma owners will be getting their gears done by Premier. Tacoma guys, this is your place to go to. My Personal Install: My God are they quick...3 hours for the front and rear, are you KIDDING ME?! It took me 10 hours to install third members from ECGS on my last truck. The best part is, the backlash was set perfectly and I got to check out the gears before they went in. I had Nitro 5.29's installed and they are known to whine/hum on the freeway. My old Nitro 4.88's from ECGS hummed pretty dang loud at 65mph. Premier killed the install and I have no whines, hums, etc. This was the best service I have ever gotten from an offroad shop, and they actually know their stuff about all different types of vehicles. If you need gears done, axle work, etc., this is your place. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you to everyone at Premier and can't wait to see you guys be the #1 axle/gear shop in So-Cal!

I brought in my 2011 toyota tundra today. Install 5.29 front and rear with auburn pro lsd. Very friendly and informative with the break in process. Keep up the good work guys. 👍👍

Carlos is very helpful in resolving my repair issue. My Tahoe was also upgraded to a 4.10 gear and difference was night and day. Highly recommend this shop for any gearing and differential issues, Carlos and crew are knowledgeable and helpful

Regeared Stock 16 Taco TRD 4x4 to 4:88 + rear diff locker: Found this place on craigslist and wanted to know if they were legit. So far, all the customers that I met have told me how much the workers knew their stuff and how affordable it is. I checked out other reputable shops and price cannot be beat!!! I just realized its family operated! Awesome! I spoke with Carlos whom is the manager. He always picks up when I call!! Excellent customer service. First time around I was reluctant to have my differential lockers done as I kept researching on the pros and cons of it. Came to check out the place. Carlos was kind enough to take his own time (after hrs) to educate me on the ARB lockers and re-gearing if I wanted to lift and bigger tires. If it were not for his time to explain to me how important it was to regear, I would have ended up down the line paying labor twice for doing regearing separately. Carlos is the man. When it was the day for the service, I met a guy who had a tricked out wrangler and told me how he drove all the way from downtown LA to come to this place because of how affordable it is. The mechanic told me it would have been around 4 hrs. Hiccup in the vendor brought incorrect gear size to the front diff which led to total of 7 hr job. Not Premier’s fault at all. I saw how they work. Miguel is the man for the Job! Highly recommend it. Take note, if you are a DIY kind of guy (if you can DIY fluid changes...) this is the place. (Installed air compressor and air line my self for the locker) Let Premier do the heavy lift and technical stuff for you. Keeps costs down! Love it!! Would totally come back for future technical/heavy upgrades!! (Suspension/lifts) in the future!

Don’t recommend this company. Messed up my front differential gearing from installation error.

New to SoCal, I found Premier online. Dropped off my 8.8 IRS differential (2016 Mustang) to have 3.73's installed. Excellent service and ready for pickup the very next day. These guys have a lot of experience in the off-road category but I needed a pro shop that knows proper gear/diff setup. Don't be intimidated by all the badass jeeps.... gears are gears. If you need differential/gear work look no further...PWG pros will set you up right. (with a warranty!!!)
