Miguel and Carlos were awesome. Answered all my questions and were very attentive. I got my 2017 Tacoma regeared (front and rear diffs) here and have zero complaints. They were quick and efficient. I also got front and rear lockers installed during the regear and have tested them out and they function as they should. Would nightly recommend to anyone looking to regear.

Miguel and his team knocked out front and rear 5.29 diff gears in my brand new Tacoma in 4 hours. Followed the provided break in procedure and haven't had any issues whatsoever. I got my tacoma regeared with nitro gear 5.29s and a Harrop E-locker installed on my truck back in March, they knocked it out the park and have never had no issues or weird noises. Recently my locker was no longer engaging, I brought it in and Carlos took care of me, it was NOT premiers fault the locker itself failed, premier 100% stands behind their 1yr warranty and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a regear! These guys are quick and great work. I took in my 2007 Tacoma 4x4 to get some 4.88 front and rear and a front ARB locker. The actual install took no more than 2 hours. The truck felt great immediately leaving the shop. No noises. I did find a leak at the front axle the next day and I messaged Miguel to told me to bring it in. Its an older truck, so i wasn't terribly surprised seeing I had developed a leak. I took the truck back and they replaced the tired seal in like 30 minutes. They are easy to work with and i'd recommend them.

Carlos and David are amazing . I want to thank them for re gearing my truck. Previously, I went to ORW San Diego and they had to fix my gears 3 times. I came in today and they found out that they did an improper install and that's why I was getting that whining noise when driving my truck on the freeway. They were super quick and they did the gears on my 2017 tacoma and no more whining noise. I went with nitro gears.

Brought my Tacoma in for 5.29 gears and the Premier west team did an amazing job. I was in and out of there so quick compared to other shops that quote days for this job. Most shops outsource to these guys any way so do yourself a favor and go straight to premier west!

I brought my Tacoma into Premier West Gear yesterday for and upgrade from 4.30 to 5.29 gears. They ordered the parts from Nitro Gear for me and were great with questions and communication. I was told they have been at their current location for 8 years and the business was started around 30 years ago by the father. I had a couple of the sons doing the work on the my truck and say it's pretty cool to see a family shop still knocking it out of the park! I showed up before the shop even opened since I didn't have much else to do and as soon as they showed up and saw me waiting they started on it before the shop was supposed to open. At one point they had an entire crew working on it both front and rear diffs, and had the job done in close to half an hour!! They were extremely professional and very knowledgeable on the process along with a great recommendation on the break in period of the new gears. The drive home was amazing aside from the lengthy stops that have to be made for allowing the diffs to cool down, but that's just part of the process. I was extremely hesitant on rehearing even though it's kind of necessary after adding weight and larger tires to the truck just due to it being something you hear horror stories about depending on who does the work. Here that is not the case, they know exactly what they're doing and are damn good at it. So far I've had conversations with multiple other Tacoma owners that have had their trucks into Premier West Gear for re gears, and locker installs with nothing but praise on the work done. I highly recommend you take to this family to get the work needed done at a great price. Thanks again to everyone at PWG for making my truck a nice ride again!!

David was super helpful , I towed my Jeep to shop thinking it was my gears and turns out I broke my axle. David ordered me my custom teraflex axle, teraflex outter pinion, did a bearing overhaul and found issues in my driveshaft he took it apart and sent it to repair shop. Jeep feels amazing and no more vibration. Highly recommend Premier west gears they know what their doing. Thanks
