I took in my 1979 Jimmy to get a regear and a trutrac in and they did a pretty shitty job. For starters they had charged me for parts they didn’t install and I noticed it after I paid my bill and had to bring it up to their service writer which ended up refunding me. My rear end still has a leak and it never leaked before taking it in. It was still under warranty at the time but they gave me a run around so I just took my loss and left it at that. I had contacted Carlos directly once or twice and he wasn’t much help.
Manuel, we’re sorry to hear you feel this way. Regarding the leak concern, on 1/6/26 at 2:54pm we instructed you to bring your Jimmy back in so we could properly inspect where the leak was coming from. Since scheduling that appointment, the vehicle was never brought back to us and we did not receive any further communication regarding the issue. As with any warranty concern, we need the vehicle present so we can diagnose and verify the source of the leak. We cannot address or repair something we have not had the opportunity to inspect. You are still welcome to bring your Jimmy in at any time so we can properly inspect it. If the issue falls under warranty, we will absolutely take care of it. Please contact us directly so we can get you scheduled.
