These guys are great, knowledgeable and friendly. I just had my 2016 Tacoma re-geared after getting it lifted and big tires put on. I must of called three or four times asking dumb questions regarding what type of gears I should put in and other dumb questions . Every time time I called they were patient and friendly and answered all my questions regarding what they were going to do, I even showed up and talked to one of the brothers who helps run the place. They all made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Thanks for everything Carlos, Miguel and youngest brother I'm sorry but I didn't get his name, he has great looking Jeep. I'm still breaking in the gears like they told me to do, but I can feel the difference already, my Tacoma is running great. Keep up the great great work. I highly recommend Premier West Gears

I've been looking forward to regearing my tacoma for awhile and finally found these guys. Many years of experience in the shop. She also go mobile which I thought was cool. I arrive today at about 9am for my appointment. On the schedule was regearing my stock 2017 Tacoma to 4.88s and adding a arb front locker. Guys did the work fast and effiencent. Great place and customer service is amazing. I worked with Carlos and he was great. I had them install 4.88 nitro gears in my 2017 red pro Tacoma. I had issues with the first set of gears and they were very helpful tying to figure it out. We ended up changing it with a new set and had issues again and I left my truck with them for a couple of days and they were able to figure it out. Don't hesitate to go to these guys. They know what they're doing.

Carlos and his crew are the best! I highly recommended to anyone who wants to get there gears done with good pricing. They did my 4.88 regear on my 16 4Runner and couldn't be happier!

Car is still running great....no new gears Carlos...hopefully you are out of business or back to radio repair....

So far work is good. Had them change my 2012 Toyota Tundra rear differential gears to 4.88 and install an Auburn lsd. No noise or issues so far. But Customer service lacks. Was told 1 year warranty on parts and labor verbally But on paperwork only says 90 days labor. 1 year parts. Also waited the 500 mile break in. Called the day of. Asked it I could come in around 4pm to get oil changed. They said no problem. I don't live close so it's a 45min drive to the shop. Showed up a little late due traffic. They had sent there worker out to pick up parts. Waited about 2 hrs. Still no show. I understand that traffic was bad due to flooding. But they only have one guy to change oil? Someone in office. Miguel showed up. He could have done the 10 min change. But did not. Asked what eta is and another hour away. Decided to go. They have mobile service asked if they would make it up by doing the job at my house. No go. Don't care about customer satisfaction. Said "We won't be able to make it out there. Schedule is tight mobile all this month and next. You can get the oil change anywhere else if we are too far from you. You can bring in again if you like? Unfortunately, yesterday was unexpected with the weather and traffic. My apologies." I understand weather but no one could have done the change. I called and waited. Only one person is able to change oil? Not a happy customer. Still expecting me to drive out again, but they won't spend the time to. Not sure if I would use them again. Again for work done so far so good. But customer service is lacking. And check paperwork to make sure they don't bait and switch on warranty. Even yelp description says 1 year parts and labor.

Guys over here are the best on what they do. they did a regear and front and rear lockers installed on my 17 tacoma in just 6 hrs. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable anything gears and differentials related. The facility is clean and you can tell they pay attention to detail. My friend recommended me and I can also recommend this to all my friends! 5 stars guaranteed.

Regeared Stock 16 Taco TRD 4x4 to 4:88 + rear diff locker: Found this place on craigslist and wanted to know if they were legit. So far, all the customers that I met have told me how much the workers knew their stuff and how affordable it is. I checked out other reputable shops and price cannot be beat!!! I just realized its family operated! Awesome! I spoke with Carlos whom is the manager. He always picks up when I call!! Excellent customer service. First time around I was reluctant to have my differential lockers done as I kept researching on the pros and cons of it. Came to check out the place. Carlos was kind enough to take his own time (after hrs) to educate me on the ARB lockers and re-gearing if I wanted to lift and bigger tires. If it were not for his time to explain to me how important it was to regear, I would have ended up down the line paying labor twice for doing regearing separately. Carlos is the man. When it was the day for the service, I met a guy who had a tricked out wrangler and told me how he drove all the way from downtown LA to come to this place because of how affordable it is. The mechanic told me it would have been around 4 hrs. Hiccup in the vendor brought incorrect gear size to the front diff which led to total of 7 hr job. Not Premier’s fault at all. I saw how they work. Miguel is the man for the Job! Highly recommend it. Take note, if you are a DIY kind of guy (if you can DIY fluid changes...) this is the place. (Installed air compressor and air line my self for the locker) Let Premier do the heavy lift and technical stuff for you. Keeps costs down! Love it!! Would totally come back for future technical/heavy upgrades!! (Suspension/lifts) in the future!
